Inclined plate thickening tank. Generally, the area of natural sedimentation equipment is relatively large. Considering that the grading equipment is working with the shallow pool source, the settlement of the material in the pool has nothing to do with the depth of the pool. The researchers have sloping plates in a continuous natural thickening tank. This not only improves the processing capacity of the concentrating equipment, increases the concentration efficiency, but also reduces the size of the equipment and reduces the capital construction of the equipment. Many central transmission thickening tank in foreign countries are equipped with inclined plates to increase their concentration efficiency. For example, in the Shigaichi Coal Preparation Plant in Hokkaido, Japan, after adding a sloping plate to the simmering thickening tank, the overflow concentration is lowered and the processing capacity is improved.
Deep cone thickening tank. In order to improve the concentration effect during the concentration process, a deep cone thickening tank was developed. When the deep cone thickening tank is working, it is generally required to add a flocculating agent, and when used for flotation of the tailing coal, it is also possible to add no flocculating agent. When using a thickening tank to treat slime water, the mixing of slime water and flocculant is the key to your work on the thickening tank.
New high efficiency thickening tank. The structure of the new high-efficiency thickening tank is similar to that of the thickening tank. The development process of domestic thickening tank is generally similar, except that there are differences in equipment specifications. In China, the large-scale central transmission type deep-shrinking machine has a specification of 16-53m, and the peripheral transmission type thickener has a specification of 15-53m, and has already produced a 100m thickener. Moreover, for different specific situations, China has developed a gravity disc thickening tank and a rotary net type high-efficiency thickening tank for the concentration of slurry, which has been put into use in production.
