The JJFⅡ model is an imitation of the American Vimco flotation machine, which is a self-aspirating mechanical stirring flotation machine. It uses a deep impeller with a star shape and radial blades. The stator is a cylindrical impeller with a guide tube and a false bottom added to the lower part of the impeller, which can produce a large circulation of slurry in the lower part of the tank to prevent the ore particles from settling in the tank. It is suitable for sorting non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and non-metallic minerals. When the impeller rotates, a vortex is generated in the vertical cylinder and the guide tube. This vortex forms a negative pressure, sucking air from the air inlet pipe and mixing it with the slurry sucked in through the guide tube in the impeller and stator area. The slurry-air mixed flow is formed by the impeller to move in the tangential direction, and then converted into radial movement by the action of the stator, and evenly distributed in the flotation tank. The mineralized bubbles rise to the foam layer, and the foam product is scraped out on one side or both sides.
The JJF flotation machine has no self-priming pulp ability, and the operation room needs to be configured in steps with a height difference of 300-400mm. A bubble pump should be installed. Usually, the JJF flotation machine and the SF flotation machine form a combined unit, with the SF flotation machine as the suction trough and the JJF flotation machine as the direct current trough. In this way, the operation room can be configured horizontally without a bubble pump.
